Terms and conditions

All
prices indicated are in US Dollars.
·
A
$200 Reservation Deposit is required to reserve dates.
·
Payments
will be due in full 60 days before the start of the rental period, in cash, by
certified check or by credit card (MasterCard/Visa).
·
Refunds
for cancellations will depend on the amount of time remaining to the start of
the rental period as follows:
o
If
more that 30 days remaining: 100% refund less $200 Reservation Deposit
o
If
between 8 days and 29 days remaining: 100% refund less 3 nights rental
o
If
fewer than 7 days remaining: No refund.
·
A
security deposit of US $500 will be required prior to your arrival. This can be
paid in one of two ways,
1. certified check - due
60 days prior to your arrival,
2. credit card
authorization - processed the one day prior to your vacation (MasterCard/Visa)
This deposit will then be refunded in full less
any damages to the property and its contents within 30 days after departure.

Should any damages exceed the security
deposit, I acknowledge that I will be held responsible.

Rental periods may start on any day during
the year other then December 24/25/26/31 and January 1.
·
Pre-arrival cleaning will be provided at no
additional charge.
·
Upon departure all used bed linens will be striped from the beds and placed in the laundry
room. The bath linens laundry will be washed
and drying in the drier. Start the
dishwasher and seal all trash bags, place the trash in the garage and leave the
rental home tidy.
·
Pool heat is available for an extra charge
(optional), during the colder weather there is no guarantee of the water
temperature achievable.
·
BBQ cleaning and supplies are the
responsibility of the guests. Guests should leave the equipment in a clean and
hygienic state.
·
Garbage is to be put to the curb Sunday and
Wednesday evenings.
·
Smoking
is limited to external areas.
·
No
pets are allowed.
·
Children
must not be left unattended in the pool areas or in areas with access to the
pool areas.
I agree to the above charges and terms and to leave the
home that I have booked with Florida Fantasy Family Vacation free from damages
to the property or its contents.
